The LOOP offers three internships for undergraduate students in the last courses of electronic, telecommunications and computer engineering.

 Successful candidates will participate in the design, construction and testing of an autonomous robotic system for sampling water and analysing in situ physico-chemical parameters in high mountain lakes, able to communicate with a distant base for data downloading and remote operation. This work is part of the POCTEFA-Interreg project REPLIM. An agreement will be signed with the interns home University to include the work in the curricular external practices / final grade work programme. The work load is 300 hours, during the first semester of the 2016-17 course. The workplace is the CEAB (Blanes, Girona), with occasional field trips to the Pyrenees. Interns will receive a scholarship of 1,500 € for the full period.
