The REPLIM project “Network of observatories of ecosystems (lakes and peatbogs) sensitive to the Climate Change in the Pyrenees” has been officially launched on 1rst July 2016.

REPLIM has been awarded with UE funds from the POCTEFA-Interreg programme. Research teams from CSIC, CNRS, CREAF and the Universities of Barcelona, Navarra, Basque Country and Pau are members of the project’s consortium. Several associated institutions give support to the project: public water agencies (CHE, Adour-Garonne), natural resources agencies and public companies (IEA, IGME, GANASA), local administrations (Comarca del Sobrarbe, SIVU du Massif Pibeste-Aoulhet), as well as National (Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici, Ordesa y Monte Perdido, Parc National des Pyrenées) and Natural (Posets-Maladeta, Valles Occidentales) Parks. REPLIM is under the umbrella of the OPCC (Pyrenean Observatory of Climate Change).
